The Coordinator

• The Coordinator of the group responsible for the meetings will be appointed by the Pastor.

• Coordinator's Role:

- Be in charge of the bi-weekly meeting.

- Write down the gifts and act as a guide.

-  Be responsibble for all other work of the ladies.

• Any question, doubt or problem that arises should be taken to the Coordinator. It will be she who will decide whether the matter should be taken to the Pastor in search of a solution.

-   Follow-up of all the work carried out: knowing if the visits have been made faithfully, verifying the need for help, etc.

-   the Lord's guidance is to seek the Shepherd as little as possible, so as not to overwhelm him.

-   twice a year, the Coordinator will meet with the Pastor and give a report on the work done.

• There is no rotation of Coordinator. She is fixed and, as we saw above, always directs the bi-weekly meetings. In the absence of the Coordinator, another lady from the group will lead the meeting.

• Other questions, such as, for example, ladies who want to be used in work, undiscerned gifts, will be brought to the Pastor at any time, if necessary.

• We remind you that they will be entirely submissive to the ministry of the Church.
