The Preparation

Preparation is free. It can be a fast until 9 o'clock, a madrugada or prayer; It does not need to be consulted and can be done in any day of the week. 

The early dawn, in preparation for the meeting, should be done, whenever possible, in the church.

The lady, who is responsible for the preparation, must be present at the meeting. If she can't be there, she'll be replaced that day. 

The sister of the preparation must be prepared to take the place of the sister of the praise or the Word if there is a setback and the sister is unable to attend. The sister of preparation replaces the one in the Praise or the Word when they are absent.

If the absence is notified in advance, any other sister who is scheduled for another day and you will be able to replace the one who is absent. The Coordinator must resolve this substitution together with the other sisters in charge of the work.
